All fresh, organic, home grown, with love - eggs, muesli, beans, tomatoes, avocados, onions, oranges, bananas, apples, pears, bread etc. They also stock honey, peanut butter, cold goods, nuts & grains, flours, what a hoot for the locals. keep it up lovely ladies.
